How the 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Works
We stand behind every LyvWel pouch. If your first order does not meet your expectations, tell us what happened and we will make it right under the terms below.
What's covered
- First-time orders that did not meet your expectations
- A strength or flavor that was not right for you
- A product that did not work as expected for your body chemistry
What's not covered
- Second orders or repeat purchases
- Requests made more than 15 days after delivery
- Damage caused by improper storage
- Orders where code abuse or fraudulent purchase is detected
Eligibility
- First order only. The satisfaction guarantee applies to your first purchase of any LyvWel product.
- Within 15 days of delivery. Requests must be made within 15 days of your delivery date.
- You must have tried the product. We ask that you genuinely give it a shot, such as a few pouches over a few days.
- One claim per household.
How to request a refund
- Email support@lyvwel.com with the subject line:
Satisfaction Guarantee - Order #XXXXX - Include your order number and a brief note about what did not work for you.
- We will respond within 1 to 2 business days and process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Wrong, damaged, or other issues
- Wrong item received? We will send a replacement immediately at no cost.
- Damaged in transit? Send a photo to info@lyvwel.com and we will make it right.
- Allergy or adverse reaction? Contact us immediately. Your health comes first.
