THE POUCH HOW-TO
Take one. Tuck it. Go.
LyvWel caffeine pouches fit between your upper lip and gum. No chewing and no drink to carry. Here is how to use the pouch and understand the strength before you open the can.

How to use a caffeine pouch
Check your can
Read the caffeine amount, directions and warnings on your exact product. LyvWel offers 56mg, 72mg, 125mg and 225mg per pouch.
Place one pouch
Take one pouch and tuck it between your upper lip and gum. Do not chew or swallow the pouch. Follow the use directions on your can.
Remove after use
Remove the pouch when you finish and dispose of it responsibly. Keep the remaining pouches in their original container, away from children and pets.
Start with the amount in one pouch
The strength on the can refers to caffeine in a single pouch. A higher number means more caffeine per pouch, not a different way to use it. Check what you already get from coffee, tea, gum, supplements and other caffeinated products.
Swipe the table to see every column.
| Strength | Caffeine in one pouch | Explore |
|---|---|---|
| 56mg | 56mg | Shop 56mg pouches |
| 72mg | 72mg | Shop 72mg pouches |
| 125mg | 125mg | Shop 125mg pouches |
| 225mg | 225mg | Shop 225mg pouches |
Choose a strength you can use according to its label. Removing a pouch earlier does not tell you precisely how much caffeine you consumed.
Before your first pouch
How long should I leave a pouch in?
Follow the directions on your exact can. Do not use flavor fading or a fixed time as a measurement of caffeine absorbed.
Do I chew or swallow the pouch?
No. Keep it intact between your upper lip and gum, then remove and discard it. If you want a chewing format, compare Energy Gum or Energy Chews instead.
Do LyvWel caffeine pouches contain nicotine?
No. LyvWel caffeine pouches contain zero nicotine and no tobacco. They contain caffeine from guarana.
What does “lip pillow” mean?
It is an informal name people use for small oral pouches. Check the actual product: a caffeine pouch and a nicotine pouch contain different active ingredients.
Caffeine sensitivity varies. Follow product warnings and ask a healthcare professional if you are unsure whether caffeine is appropriate for you. Read the FDA’s caffeine guidance.
